Total User Control was a critical aid to us in developing this site.  I personally feel it would have been extremely difficult for us to properly present our product line via the website due to the technical complexity of our product line, without TUC.  We needed the direct input into the development process itself without having to rely on a third party to interpret and format what we were trying to present.  In addition TUC has allowed us to maintain the site and make changes where necessary with minimum effort and maximum effect.
